After looking through pictures of Oakley Boone, we realized that in most picutres, he's eating. So....here's an ode to some of his favorite things.

I was putting Enoch down for a nap yesterday after a crazy morning. He had gotten in trouble right before nap and lost getting a book read to him before bed, but I laid with him for a few minutes to help calm him down. (Loosing books is a big deal for him). He was talking about how he was having a rough day, and I said "I'm sorry you got in trouble" Between his cries and deep breaths, he said "I didn't want to get in trouble, I want to be untrouble" I seriously had to bite my lip to not laugh at him while he was crying and oh so seriou.

Enoch has been helping me in the kitchen since he was about 18 months


He is the best at quality assurance


He's taken a sabbatcile for about a year, but has come back better than ever.
His latest creation is a pizza. He put all the toppings on this one all by himself.

Right now I am teaching him how to read a recipe. Mac 'n' Cheese is the best for this as it not only has words, but pictures. He is such a good helper, he's right by my side when I cook dinner, and gets mad if I start without him. He will be well prepared for a mission, and I think his wife will love it.
